Refund Policy

At MAN.i.cure, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a premium experience. Due to the nature of personal care services, we maintain the following refund and satisfaction policy.

1. Services

  • All grooming and self-care services (manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, and related treatments) are non-refundable once rendered.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the lounge so we can make reasonable adjustments.

  • Requests for corrections must be made within 48 hours of the original appointment.

2. Retail Products

  • Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days with a valid receipt.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Defective products may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days.

3. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Deposits or prepayments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided within our cancellation window.

  • Failure to provide required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

5. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Service packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable at management’s discretion.

6. Medical or Skin Reactions

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to service.

  • Refunds will not be issued for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions; however, we will work with you to determine appropriate next steps.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be granted at management’s sole discretion in cases of:

  • Documented service error

  • Inability to complete a service due to equipment or staff issues

  • Other circumstances deemed reasonable by management
